1. A PHYSICAL CARD that can be carried with the person like an ID card.

2. A HOLOGRAPHIC CARD, or in other word, IMMATERIAL or 'VIRTUAL', that exists somewhere on a level too small to affect with change of location, and this is easilly accessible to the CITIZEN.
