Robot Water or Intelligent and Controllable Commandable and Moving Automated Water With Possible Command System.

Description.

The water is manipulated and 'trained' in such a way to make it commandable; the water can evaporate through command, or recognition of command, or through program or pre-coded 'training', or what I call TRAINING. The water can appear where the command is placed, and it can CONVERT non-native, or foreign water into itself.
